Modifying Photos inside a CSS Theme

Wednesday, March 30th, 2011

Aside through text modifying, the blogger may also opt to alter or change photos contained in a free CSS template. A CSS theme may have a picture set towards the top of the web page or like a background image for that template. However, if the actual blogger feels how the image might not fit the concept she or he wants in order to project within the blog or when there is a much better photo available, this image might be replaced. To substitute the picture, the doodlekit needs to ensure the alternative photo has got the same dimensions since the original picture and it has rounded edges. After determining which photo to change, this image must be located inside the code from the template (DIV#LOGO). Meanwhile, the alternative image should fit the colour scheme from the template. Drag this particular replacement image into among the web website folders, then open up it within the Modify Design window and put it on to the actual page to determine what it appears like.
